2. Twist Crunches
Once you started performing the normal crunch to make it more effective start doing twist crunches. This twist crunches that shows more results to reduce your belly fat and maintain body fitness.
How to Perform
- Lie done on the floor by putting your hands behind the head
- As you do same in the crunches, keep your legs at the same angle
- Normally, in the crunches, you have to lift upper torso but now in twist crunches, right shoulder towards your left side and same left shoulder to the right side by keeping left side of the torso on the ground itself
- Same follow the alternative method lift your left shoulder towards the right by maintaining left side of the torso on the ground itself
- Follow this exercise regularly and perform it for 10 times
