7. Glute Bridge with Mini Band:-
This is the most advanced way of triggering the abs muscle which is basically the lower to the upper one. To perform this exercise, you need to lie on the ground with flat back by bending your knees with a 45-degree angle. And then hold the mini band on tights and stretch it with the toes.
