6. Cycling with Mini Band:-
Cycling is considered as the best exercise where the workouts help in reducing fat from thighs and stomach parts. Try it with the mini band where you must lie on the floor with straight back then hold the middle part of the mini band by then hand and place it simply on the chest.
Then hardly stretch the open ends to the toes and continue with cycling without touching the floor. Increase the pressure by pulling band close to the chest and continue the cycling process. Perform daily with a maximum limit of about 5 sets that help you to increase body fitness.
