In the Body, biceps are considered as the best part where you will surely be a center of attraction with the bigger biceps. Biceps curl is one of the best exercises and it will be added a great advantage by using the mini band. Place one end of the mini band to the wrist and another end to toe. Then take the dumbbell and do the exercise where you will surely have some extra power while squeezing with biceps at the top. Do at least 10 repetitions daily which is about 4 sets from each side.
