4. Lateral Raises with Mini Band:-
Lateral raises are the best exercise for the shoulders and when we add mini band then it becomes more advanced which will be added a greater advantage. You must simply hold the one end of the mini n band with one hand and the other end with another hand.
Now, in the cross direction raise the full hands to the full limit of the mini band in cross section and then perform lateral raise by keeping hands straight. You must repeat the process daily with at least 10 repetitions that are about 4 sets.
