2. Triceps with Mini Band:-
This workout is mainly for the triceps muscle where you have to grip the mini band to both the palms and then wraps it along with the fingers. You must easily grab right shoulder to the left palm, so now right hand has some relaxation position with the help of the mini band.
Now, continue with push back exercise with a right hand to the extreme level and then hold the grip tight to the shoulders. As per your comfort you can change directions and continue the pushups as per your limit. It surely helps the body to develop in a fast way.
